Why we exist?
We have spent the last two years training people on AI adoption, from frontline officers to boards, across banks, insurers, regulators and technology teams. We trained 3,400+ professionals and watched their work begin to change in front of us.
We wrote three frameworks to make it easier for organizations to build their mental models on AI adoption, and they are now used well beyond the rooms we taught in. Then the industry asked us to build bespoke AI native technology, and today we are running multiple deployments across organizations.
All of it taught us one thing: upskilling the workforce and upgrading the technology are two parts of the same AI adoption problem. So we are building the infrastructure that will enable the same.

About Tangible
Will Tangible keep running the system for us afterward?
No. We build it so your own team can run it without us. If we stayed on to operate it ourselves, we'd have failed at the one thing you hired us for. If you do want someone to run it long-term, we can point you to people who do that.
We haven't started using AI yet. Is it too early for this?
It's actually the right time. Companies that buy the tools first and figure out the work later spend the next year undoing that.
Do we have to commit to everything at once?
No. We start with AI Native Training for everyone, see who's ready to go further, and build from there. Every step depends on what worked in the one before it, so you can stop after any stage if it's not right for you.
Do we have to replace our core system?
No. Nothing about your core system changes. We build on top of what you already have, and MSTC, our technology partner, does that work without touching what's underneath. If a proposal starts by replacing your core system, it wasn't written for a company like yours.
Who owns what gets built?
You do. Every record of what your team and the AI actually did becomes something your company owns permanently, built from your own work rather than rented the way an AI model is.
Will this satisfy our risk and compliance team?
We start there, we don't just check it at the end. Nothing goes live until it's been tested in our rehearsal system, with a person checking every result, and until everyone has agreed in writing on exactly who's responsible for what.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
A person catches it. At every stage, someone is actually looking at the results, and a step only goes live after it's been tested on your own work.
Can we just do the training and skip the rehearsal system?
You can, and some companies do. But training fades if nothing changes in the work afterward. That's the pattern we've watched for two years, and it's why the rehearsal system exists as the other half.
Will you recommend AI tools for us to use?
We work inside the tools you already have. If you don't have the right tools yet, we recommend what fits your team best, based on your budget, your size, and whatever else matters to you.
Who from our team should be in the room?
The people who actually do the work day to day, including whoever signs off on exceptions. If that person isn't there, what we learn will be wrong in the places that matter most.
